At Things Studio, we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to a third-party logistics provider, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.
Cancellation requests must be sent to mythings.studio@gmail.com with the order details.

Acceptance of cancellation requests is subject to order status verification and at our sole discretion.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

Orders that have already been shipped
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
Orders placed during special sales, promotions, or clearance events (unless stated otherwise)

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders (If Applicable)

If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refund timelines depend on the payment gateway or bank and may take 7–10 business days or longer.
Any payment gateway or transaction charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Cancellation by Things Studio

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Incomplete or incorrect shipping information
Suspected fraudulent activity
Non-serviceable delivery locations

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated if payment has already been received.

5. Third-Party Logistics Disclaimer

Once an order is handed over to a third-party courier or logistics provider, cancellation is no longer possible. Delivery, transit, and related issues are governed by the courier partner’s policies.

6. Policy Updates

Objects Design Intelligence reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
